Taco Bell - Naples

I love the food. Crunchy Taco Supreme is my favorite.

Today I visited the Taco Bell in Naples on Tamiami Trail East. When I went through, I only gave up selecting an item on the menu, and the person who took my order was rude and had an attitude in their tone that I do not appreciate. When I went to pick up my order through the pick-up window, I wanted to check if the right sauce would be in my pocket. The lady told me how to do it with an attitude. Now she may not know that, but this is the first time I had a chicken and cheese quesadilla. She assumed I had it?

Nice staff but y'all forgot to put the correct order an so I paid for food I never received by the time I realized. I was home already plus I never get any Napkin's r utensils. Haven't been back since.. But the food was hot an tasted good.

Great staff. Absolutely. I usually make names, but they all work well as a team it seems and I don't have all names so the whole crew works great together and keeps this place look immaculate

The food is always great and what I like so much in this Covid time is the fact that when I go through the drive-up, everything is done so that my card never leaves my hand and mine or is handed over to me on a tray. Very safe.
