The Capital Grille - Naples

Had a nice birthday dinner with a husband daughter.

Eating was very good, service excellent from the valet, to the hosts to our server, zac. I can not ask for better birthday party.

Typical capital grill is experience. a wonderful evening.

We went to celebrate my wife's birthday before she has to have surgery. Everything was truly great with one exception and that was partly my fault. I ordered my steak medium rare. I cut the first bite and it was medium to medium well. I then cut it in the middle and it looked much better. However, as I continued to eat it I noticed that a lot of the steak around the edges was medium or worse and the steak was dry and course. By the time I was disappointed, it seemed too late to do anything about it. I did tell Mark E who was terrific at the end and he did say I should have said something earlier.
