The Pearl Steak And Seafood - Naples

The beet salad was awesome. The triple tail overcooked. The real problem was the service. Our waiter was fine but it took 30 minutes to get drinks and an hour to get food. Someone came to apologize for the wait but no compensation was offered. Overall very disappointing. We will not be back.

We waited 2 hours for our food. The kitchen was overwhelmed and it was a disaster. No apology from the owner that served our meal. I ordered the the short rib ravioli and it tasted like salt. Very disappointing.

Food and service was good, and it was fairly quiet which allowed us to talk.
