I recently took my parents and my visiting sister and brother-in-law out to Yabba Island Grill on 5th Avenue in Naples, FL. They go out to eat frequently and appreciate a good dining experience, so I wanted something a little different than the average restaurant. Yabba Island Grill was the first restaurant that popped into my mind. The decor has that caribbean feeling and it has a fun, lively atmosphere. It is conveniently located right in the heart of Olde Naples where there is much activity and great people watching. They offer outdoor as well as indoor dining. The drinks were delicious, as was the food. I had a salmon dish that was outstanding. And, of course, I had to top off the evening with key lime pie. It's the best! As the night goes on there is entertainment for the younger crowd, which is somewhat hard to come by in Naples. Everyone in our party was pleased with everything about their dining experience.
Great food and service. One of the best restaurants on 5th ave!!!
Must go to Restuarant. Will definetly go again. The best Island food without going to an island.
My friends and I will never return here. I had a friend come down from the north and I thought it would be nice to go to a high end restaurant to start his visit. What we got was an insulting waitress and service I wouldn 't recommend to Satan himself. I was embarrassed to have my friend experience this place. I have been to places that have had bad service but never have I felt ACTIVELY IGNORED by my waitress. Drinks empty for 20 minutes asking someone to please get more drinks and all the staff ignoring us. At one point I tried to flag down our waitress who made eye contact with me so I know she saw me and continued to walk on by to chat with other staff in the corner. Yabba 's should be embarrassed to charge what they charge for this service and the food wasn 't all that spectacular either.
