Contribuisci feedbackWaited 15 minutes in the drive thru, no pizza ready, said online orders came first. Only two people worked and they didn't know when they had pizza ready.
If I could give no stars I would. This place has become a joke. I get it people don?t want to really work right now. But if you have employment thru a company that works with customers at least try to be friendly. This make 2 times I?ve gone thru about 15-20 mins to close and requested a cheese free pizza and was told they would not make it because they was closing I had my pick of stale breadsticks or someone?s else forgotten pizza. First time I spoke with management and nothing was done nor did I even receive an apology. So since they didn?t seem to care enough to address the situation the last time it happened. I don?t think I will be returning to this location any time in the future.
Be sure to call and make sure the store is open before you place an order! I placed an order on 5/15 through their app, but when I went to pick it up, the doors were locked, lights were off, and nobody would answer the phone! I called Little Caesars customer support and they said they would reach out to the store so I could get my refund, but I haven't heard anything. Be careful if you order from this store!! They should at least disable app ordering if they aren't going to be open, so people don't waste their money!
When my parents visited the city, we ordered a pizza on the way back from Walmart. It only took 10 minutes, we waited in our car, and they brought it to us! Not only that, it was delicious, and very, very, very, very favorable! Five stars
I understand that this store goes through personnel change, but I was appalled by the lack of customer service. At first I tried to order online and was not able to it said online order was not able to be done in this business at that time. Then I called and ordered and they said they couldn't honor the online application because it was just online. Good thing I ordered anyway. Then I come home with my pizza and my order was wrong, so I called her there to ask her to remake her. I called for almost 10 minutes without answer before I decided to go there. When I told them that I had called several times and no one answered my call, I was not regretted or anything they just took my wrong pizza and said they would make a new one. Great and by the way, my side is always cold at home and I have to wait after I worked all day to make my food for the second time. I'm sorry and maybe a discount on my next order would have been the polite thing, but that was too much to ask. My family likes little Cesar's pizza, but I think this place really needs a lesson on customer service.
