The management needs to put signs up for the drive through when they’re only accepting cash. People wait in line for a long time and don’t know about the cash only rule. Common sense for customer service goes a long way. Service: 1
We decided to dine in for a change, and while the service at the counter was excellent, our experience in the seating area was quite different. A manager was having a loud conference call in a booth nearby, which was incredibly distracting for us and the couple seated across from us. It seemed like no one was able to enjoy their meal that day. Conversations about profit and loss should be kept behind the scenes, not broadcasted to customers. This really highlighted for me that your Nappanee location feels more like a corporate entity than a local business, prioritizing numbers over customer experience. I love your food, but I think I’ll stick to the drive-thru in the future.
Very slownand couldn't take cards in drive thru. The person who took my order then had to make it. Crazy. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: French Dip, Roast Beef, Curly Fries
