Contribuisci feedbackThe food was delicious and served in generous portions, but the service seemed to be understaffed. Although the staff did well when they finally attended to us, the long wait made us give up on dessert and coffee and just go home. This seemed like a missed opportunity for the restaurant to make more profit. I believe that with more staff, this place would be a fantastic dining experience. Hopefully next time will be better!
The service was slow despite the restaurant not being too crowded. A group of 7 people dined there, and 5 of them thought their meals were just okay. One person ordered the lamb ribs and found them to be mostly fat. The prices were very high, and it was noted that a similar meal could be found for less at a pub bistro.
Our steaks were all not cooked properly being that they were all under cooked how we asked them to be cooked. Eg I asked for a medium steak but mine came out fairly rare not medium. The short ribs were all bone, no meat so that was very disappointing. For the price we paid per meal, the quality was low. Cocktails were good but again, the price outweighs the quality over all. Disappointing considering it was for my birthday dinner. Going to Outback’s would have been a better idea.
We have dined here several times and find the service and food to be good. We especially like the burgers, although we tried a panko crumbed chili burger this time and thought it needed more chili to improve it.
The seater was lovely 5 out of 5 Waiters they walk around trying not to make eye contact with anyone. We had to ask a manager to order and he sent a girl over. All she said was *hi guys* and stood there smiling. Not hi can i take your drinks over. Clearly not trained or doesn't care. 15% surcharge and she expects to be paid double time giving poor customer service 2 out of 5 Chefs amazing food, the steak was awesome 5 out of 5 $52 per meal i would expect to get at last 2 sides not 50grams of chips
