The experience was somewhat mixed. You can come in and have a couple of drinks, but not more than that. The clientele reflects the neighborhood.

This place deserves only one star. The beer isn't tasty and there are no snacks available. The atmosphere feels like a roadside cafeteria. Overall, we stayed for just five minutes before leaving. This bar clearly falls short of expectations. I do not recommend it; you will likely leave feeling disappointed and in a bad mood. There are much better options out there.
