Two great sheilas cooking just like an old school fish and chips/ hamburger shop. Awesome hamburgers, steak sangas, chips etc. Nice traditional milk bar atmosphere and great value for money! Really need to clean oil, it should be put through machine every night. I've worked in take away cooking for absolutely years (I started over 30 years ago cooking in shops and started cooking over 40 years ago) and you need to learn how to make batter. It's to thick and over cooked. Batter shouldn't be 2 inches thick or very dark brown!! Once you mix batter, it should only just coat a spoon or something clean you can dip in. Service: Take out
