The food is good, IF they get your order right. They get out child's order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME.Service is lacking. I stood at the counter for several minutes, with three employees passing me by, before the manager finally asked if I needed something.

Enjoy Braum’s they are working with young people who are trying and training. I had a cherry limeade that was amazing. Have patience and check your order.

I 'm writing because I 'm a big fan of Braum 's, and I was disappointed with my experience this past visit. When I arrived, there wasn 't anyone to greet me at first, and I had to wait to place my order.While washing my hands, I noticed the men 's restroom was quite messy. The floor seemed freshly mopped, but it was very slippery because of too much soap. It worried me that someone, especially an older person, could easily slip and fall. Additionally, one of the toilets was unclean.When I got back to pick up my food, I realized an item I ordered was missing. Luckily, I had my receipt to show. As I sat down to eat my breakfast, I couldn 't help but notice several other customers come in and wait for service with no acknowledgement. Honestly, it felt a bit rude that none of the 5 staff members I saw said something as simple as 'Welcome. 'I know running a business can be challenging, but not having someone greet customers or show basic hospitality is concerning. I really hope you can address these issues so Braum 's can continue to be a great place to eat.
