Chicken Express

So apparently a guest had a bad experience at the chicken express in river oaks and left a very negative review and mention my wife Tabitha Morris as the manager,well unfortunately she had not worked at that store in 2 years and unfortunately she passed away in December of 2023 so no that was not her that tried to hide her name or give you incorrect information so whom ever you are are getting your information from is intentionally misleading you so please do not post anymore comments about my late wife.

Asked for no gravy on my meal got extra gravy on everything! Even on the extra mash potatoes I asked them no gravy. they immediately got an attitude when I asked for the extra mash potato I know there is an extra charge I understood that from ordering online I get it!! I didn’t mind paying for it but when I specifically asked for no gravy on my meal then I open my box and it’s extra gravy. The staff was being ridiculous didn’t know how to accommodate for the error on their part. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

Man hell nah I ordered at the drive-thru when I went to pick up at the window they were asking me what did I order again plus I didn't even feel comfortable eating my food cuz they was full with crackheads with no teeth employees lol foreals on my kids life don't come here nothing but dope heads working at this location river oaks

Just ordered the cat fish. Waiting, waiting, waiting, waitingFinally just asked for my money back. Service at this location sucks!Never again.
