Contribuisci feedbackMy experience, we’ll start off with bad customer service for starters. The “ team lead” person I want mention was nice and lied behind my back. My card was charged and the pos machine said it didn’t go through. I showed him were it did, lady said then, well it didn’t charged and I again showed them on my account it did. So I let the swipe the card again and went through a second time. Showed them again. 2 charges now. The food was like it had been sitting for awhile. Wasn’t no where of being fresh. They weren’t busy at all. Don’t recommend the place at all!!!!
Wait was ridiculous for am empty lot but staff was super sweet and offered me a drink for free due to the wait.
It says it’s open for dine in, but when you get there, they say only take out. Then it’s 30-40 min of waiting when other long John silvers are quick!! Maybe instead of singing and giggling, get to work and have better customer service
Got in the drive thru at 10:30 got to the window Which all the restaurant lights were on which to most that the restaurant is open the first person just stared at me and then went back to playing on his then a few minutes later the manager came to the window to inform that they had closed at 10 pm instead of the 11 pm shown online then proceeded to argue with me ….myself and my family are town from Amarillo which is 6 hrs from here and our motel is 35 minutes away from this location will we return here absolutely not
Get all the way home and upset that I asked for double fries and they give me cole slaw.The person even repeated it, and still messed up! Then they have the nerve to ask you to pull forward and they'll bring it to you. Check your orders. Next time I'll sit there and wait.
