Potbelly

For the second time around, we headed to Potbelly in this location to get food right before a concert at 11. Potbelly publishes OPEN at 10am and the ad says 10 as well. We rushed in only to find an employee, wearing a Potbelly cap, smoking by the door while only wearing one shoe. The other one was keeping the door open. This Potbelly would not let people in until 11... I 'm done.

If you're going for lunch don't bother ordering online. For starters there is nowhere convenient to wait for your order in store. Spent 30 minutes standing in front of the exit because of the little room. All in all it took 45 minutes to prepare a skinny sandwich that took 5 minutes to eat. I could have driven home and made a sandwich my way cheaper and faster. You're almost always better off ordering in store since it seems like they prioritize in person customers.

Had the worst experience here yesterday will not be returning ever the girl that was there had the worst attitude in existence she was slamming things huffing and puffin and talking to me very bad about my rewards app because it was bogo I hate interactions like that I wanted to cry I felt not wanted and my sandwiches wasn’t even toasted and the sandwiches was made very terribly very nasty and soggy very very disappointed this is usually the best location with the older ladies that be there

I ordered for delivery on Tues 11/14 and received a time of 12:05. At 12:40 I called snd was told it was waiting on door dash, even though I hadn't ordered through door dash. Was told they didn't know if it would even be picked up or delivered. At this point, it was to late for me to get food since I had meetings from 1 to 3. I was offered a refund option and I accepted since tgis was almost $24.00. Still never received the food. I received a call on Thursday from Brandon asking if I had received the refund. I advised I had not. He said there was a problem processing it. He attempted again and said I should have it that afternoon or the next morning. 4 days later...no refund.

I came here because it was suggested it was great! I had the Mediterranean sandwich. Staff was friendly and the place was clean and it was cozy. I liked sitting at the window to enjoy my sandwich and cream soda.
