Contribuisci feedbackThis is a review of the optical office. I went to the Sams in my area, no optometrist. Went next door to the Walmart, appointment for 2 weeks out. I called 2 more Sams, and this location gave me an appointment for the same day. I was originally planning on just getting the prescription and ordering online. Maximina was so absolutely nice and helpful. Gave me the rundown on how to get the most out of my membership. She's not the optometrist, but should be. The optometrist was virtual and she did all the work on location. She really cares about patient satisfaction, and I had such an easy time with her.
Love the products here. They have great customer service. When it comes near time for closing, they play loud music and use a microphone to tell everyone to make their final purchases and start heading towards the front of the store. All around an amazing store. No reason to not shop here
Lines halfway down the aisle. Half the computers are broken, and half the isles are closed. This isn't the first time I've left a full cart sitting here so I can shop at Wal-Mart. Don't waste your money on a membership unless you have lots of time on your hands.
The lines could have been better, and the prices have gone up alot so be mindful of that, also leaving the store at check point the line was long,gas price was great for December month I hope.
Abby in Member Services is ALWAYS slow and always needs help. They should replace her with someone more experienced, she's literally the reason there's always a line. I've never seen her quickly take care of a customer she ALWAYS asks for help from the other cashier at Member Services. She's the lady on the right.
