They had 3 types of brewed coffee advertised with signs, but only one was available. Not the flavor I wanted. It took forever for the people in front of me to order. It is coffee, folks. Too many choices and options. My coffee was not hot and I didn't get anything I asked for. The whole point of the trip was whipped cream. None. I didn't realize they did away with the condiment bar since Covid, so I had to go back and beg for things. It's not worth it. This was a great concept until they made it unbearably complicated. You have to speak another language to order. I miss sitting at a counter get free refills and condiments for a reasonable price. Call me old, but coffee was fine the way it was: served with a smile and a little conversation.
Great service. Great coffee. Drinks were out promptly. Would recommend and
There’s no freaking drive thru at this location! Just stop lying on Google and wasting everyone’s time and gas ugh.
I had to do my taxes nextdoor at the H&R Block and decided to step in for a quick coffee. The person behind the counter was very friendly and gave me some advice, and the drink they made me was just how I wanted it. Thank you! ?
This place needs a facelift. Coffee stains and sticky stuff on the chairs and tables. They allow what seems to be an impaired man hang out and put his stuff all over the customer tables. He was nicely dressed. He went in and out multiple times. It’s a cold rainy day. Wandered around outside, went into restroom, then back outside but left all of his “stuff” on the table. If I owned this store I would want to know. I took pics and video if you want it. He had a bicycle with all kinds of what looked like trash, coffee cups, and bags hanging on it. He wasn’t bothering anyone but just doesn’t seem like the right place to “hang out” by one of the doors. Then there was another man, set up by the other door, asking people for donations. The workers all seemed friendly to the customers!
