Contribuisci feedbackI don’t usually go out of my way to write bad reviews, but If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I’ve been to this location, the staff is rude and extremely unfriendly. I either get cold food or the complete wrong order of what I had asked (repeated my order to them twice and paid for more than what I received) I hope they do something to improve this location, as it seems that other paying customers are experiencing the same concerns as I am.
Employee hacked my account!!! Fraud charges the minute I left on my debit card they know I go frequently and I know exactly who the employee was tried to reach out to location will not answer phone please watch and check your bank information at this location!!!!!
Took over 20 minutes for our food, no apology no reason given, wasn't even busy. Building was completely not one table was clean
Made an order on the mobile app. Drive thru said it takes a minute to come through, and to park in a spot and they would bring it to me. 10 minutes later, nothing. I go back through the drive thru, and the guy quickly hands me my food and runs before I can ask him what was up. Not even an apology for the wait.
Grabbed two kids meals and food was fast and the two younger employees were friendly. My other kid decided she wanted a kids meal too; went back to the drivethru and had a second pleasant experience. This Wendy’s can be hit or miss but today they got it right.
