Very disappointing table the price quality ratio is not at the rendezvous : very fat truffle cooking without cooked flavor and idem recuit for the fake cut net served in very oily caquelon. Really a pity for the Aubrarac and the gastronomy Lozerienne Too much tourism and pilgrims can be for those restorers who are no longer............. Fortunately the landscapes are beautiful and this land of Aubrac remains magical!!!!
