Never been to a Dunki Donuts. There's was a female worker wearing goth's clothes and makeup. She was extremely rude. Not coming back

The lady who helped us was very friendly, upbeat, and positive. She was patient while we pulled up our app, made friendly conversation during the transaction, and made our visit pleasant. Everything we ordered was made to perfection, and didn't take long at all. Great job!I was there in February 2024, and had a very different experience. I walked in and all the employees were arguing and blaming each other for different things. There were at least 5 people in line, and all of us were just wanting to order. The employees were very unprofessional, and I considered not returning.The positive review above if from March of 2024.

Can't ever get an online order right, plus you never know if they are gonna open when they're supposed to. I think they need new management

They not open , on time what is time they have , I was there 5:30 am in store was not open, not good....

Lengthy waittimes!! We stopped at this place being hungry, but they took more than 20 min for making just two egg and cheese crossiants.
