Nazrana - Nashik

This place was near my mamaji's place, so gave it a shot. Well it was bit of a turn down. Roti's were really chewy. Starters were okay but main course sucked. I would rather prefer dhaba over this place.

PATHETIC PLACE... Worst service, came to nasik with family, took my family friends there for dinner, booked table for 13 people, they accepted... n what... they do not have table suitable for 13people.... somehow we adjusted with small congested table... but then service was way to slow... we had to tell servant "BHAIYA YE PLATE UTHA LO"..... If anybody from hotel staff reads this, please let me know "Is this kind of service justifiable to the price u charging ?" SUGGESTION : PLEASE TEACH YOUR WAITERS HOSPITALITY AND HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS....!!!

This was our only known spot since all best buddies with three families gathered for a dinner cum chat session of old college times - so ordered food at room specially all veg and non veg dishes were selectively good since we enjoyed the munching starters plus main course !! It was a memorable night for all of us .........

They had given coupons during their promotion n we frankly came at Nazrana to utilise the same! Ambience - 2.5/5 .. reason being distribution of family n general sections. ACs in both sections fell short as halls r bigger.. Staff - staff is good. 4/5 Utensils n stuff we ate in - 0/5.. a big turn off. Old plates, dishes.. plastic bowls which doesn't suit the setup. Uniformity n consistency in glasses was lacking! Food - 3.5/5.. quality n quantity is good. Not much complaints here but nothing great too to remember n come here again for! Long way to go Nazrana.. it would take more than coupons to keep the flow of people coming in.. Food lovers would flock in without promotions too if you get the basics right! Good luck!

This a nice clean restaurant in the hotel seven heaven. The food is hygienic and it is an amazing value for money. You should try the north indian vegetable dishes there and the roomali khakhra is good too. It's overall a quiet clean but boring place. But i would totally recommend for food. And it's really good on pockets!
