Sufiaana - Nashik

Me and my friends went to stay in Soma vineyards recently and got to try this restaurant which is located in the same compound. We went there at around 5pm and ordered veg pizza and egg burger in food. The pizza was thin crust and perfectly done. The veggies were fresh and crispy crust made our evening. Egg burger was served with fries and was good in taste. The best part about this place is location and ambience. You get the awesome lake and hill view. The seating is comfortable and pricing is decent.

I have been here with my family in may end...there was not much rush when we reached in afternoon but service was slow....I liked the food and wine both were great we ordered pasta and a chicken tikka both were perfectly cooked and taste was really good. I had one of the best prepared pasta here. The view from the balcony was soothing and enjoyed my first visit to some.

Forget the food, which was ordered for dining They Refused to serve for 1 person and make it parcel without information, Ok...... Any Way But I Asked For Disposables and take 15 minutes to give disposable food stuffs but the service was among the worst I have ever encountered in my life. while payment time taken my more 15-20 minutes for Such abig company thy have one EDC machine was not Available They Sent for Room Service So They Wasted My All time and my food is become not eatable at my room its i have to wasted whole food, Staff and waiters were arrogant and wasting our time. Manager Shayamal Have to Be removed Says "Aap Ko Khana Khana Khana Ho to Leke Jawo Yhan Doobara Mat Aana" Sorry Boss Im Eating Food From my Money And I Have Paid For It You Have No Right To Say Any Thing

Worst restaurant to go to. We were a group of 20 staying in Soma where the restaurant is located. The food quality is very bad with oily and tasteless food. the waiters and head chef is arrogant and service is average. We ordered room service and food takes 2 hours to come and is packed in dirty take away boxes. the waiter insists on paying cash immd before even keeping the food on the table.  Same was communicated to them to bill everything at the end of the day but they refused and insisted to pay immd as the management of Sufiana and soma are different and due to there mismanagement the guests have to suffer. we also organised a buffet and party in the banquet hall where they served limited starters where as it should be unlimited starters as per the minimum guarantee. they also argued that we have served enough and thats it.  Very bad service and attitude of Sufiana management and head chef. SOma should take some action if they want to save there property.

Had a very bad experience Issues faced A. Mix-ups in order (they first forgot soups ordered, then got paneer shashlik instead of prawns shashlik) B. Extreme delays - to the point of frustration C. Bad sizzlers D. Can you imagine after all this, they even erred on the bill - over billed for 2 items Couldn't imagine this type of treatment
