The location plays a tight part in elevating the consumer satisfaction.  Great ambience and offers a panoramic view of the city.  Food is average and service is good.

The ambience of the place is amazing! The overall food quality and service is good, but it can be still improved and the presentation of the deserts is very beautiful!

Nice ambience. Menu is limited. Service is good. If you're just two people going there, then you have limited table options as they don't let you sit where you want which I found annoying!

Been here many times the food was always very good. Yesterday I went with my family and ordered some chicken dish and the chef served stale chicken to us. I complained and the helper took it back and again bought stale chicken! He again took it back and again bought stale chicken. 3 times he bought stale chicken! Did not expect this from them. Finally left without eating. I do not wish to go there again now!

The ambiance is good. Food is moderate. But that's not the only thing that gives a good experience when you go out for dinner with your family, friends or colleagues. Staff behaviour is very rude. They are least bothered about their customers. They always try to push their Chinese dishes to the customer no matter what they want they will always suggest you dishes they have prepared for or already prepared. They don't have water in their washroom and that's one of the biggest turn off. Not only me, but all the customer here that I've seen are shouting about slow service. And this is my third time I am experiencing this and hence the reviews.
