Dunkin' - Nashua

I love Dunkin's coffee but today it was cold! No excuse for that,

I enjoy this Dunkin' Donuts location because it offers ample seating. In comparison, the new Dunkin' Donuts on Main Street in Nashua has only 2 tables available.

This restaurant is terrible. The service has deteriorated over the past year at this specific location. I will not be coming back here. The setup is poor, with employees gathered around the drive-thru window, unaware of the customers waiting in line to be served inside. I waited for 9 minutes before giving up and leaving. What's even more frustrating is that they intentionally avoid making eye contact with customers. It's not just one employee, but all of them, including the manager. Don't believe me? Come and see for yourself.

We had 3 out of 4 items wrong in our order at this Dunkin Donuts. This experience is typical for Dunkin Donuts, which is why I don't usually go there. I can't even remember the last time I visited a Dunkin Donuts.

Just want to say this team is crushing it ! They are always so friendly and make my coffee consistently delicious. Jackson is a sweetheart, takes his time to be hospitable and thoughtful and it makes my day. Thank you to this crew : it?s not easy withstaffing shortages and the pandemic. Everyone is doing their best. When you find good customer service nowadays, it?s worthcelebrating.
