Contribuisci feedbackI'm going through... Even after they had asked, they said that all that is for you in a closed pocket. Nonetheless, -No straws for 3 beverages, -No fire sauce packages -No paper napkins. These things were asked to drive through targeted.. Never back into this Taco Bell.
Ordered for years. In the last six months they can never get my order right. And I have to come back and sit in the 5-10 drive thru and wait 30 minutes to solve my problem. With my last order they have forgotten part of my order again, but this time I am on my way to work. Lo and behold, they forget part of my order, even tho someone in the window, broke the seal in order to make sure everything was there. When I call to ask that it be removed from my ou order cuz, I have no time to come back, I say that they can't do this, and that I have to go through the app that shows no way to do that, and the person on the phone was down right rude and could not worry less. I'll never return to this place. Worst service I've ever received in my life.
Picked up a door dash from this place, said the order on the window, but when I got into the window, they didn't have the order. The female manager made fun of me to her employees and told me I never ordered in the window. She closed the Drive-Tru window and continued to talk about me with her staff. Do not work in customer service if you are not, if you are the accountability of your own staff and are rude to customers.
I usually don't leave negative reviews but this specific taco bell location consistently provides poor quality food and customer service compared to other taco bell locations. On several occasions I have paid for items that I didn't get, food is generally made sloppy and tossed together, cold and on a few occasions the staff has been unfriendly. I strongly recommend going to a different taco bell restaurant.
This specific Taco Bell location fails to provide their customers with receipts on multiple occasions. When I requested for my receipt to be reprinted, or provided to me; the female worker at the drive-thru window told me that once she clears out the transaction she cannot print out my receipt. It?s just really poor customer service when the employees of this company cannot even provide their customers with a simple proof of purchase. She didn?t even try. It felt like she was lying, or just too lazy, because in the past they have been able to re-print the receipts so that I was able to have some sort of paper copy of my purchase. She didn?t offer any alternative or even tried to write it out for me.
