Clean Juice - Nashville-Davidson

Favorite spot! My favorite smoothie is the Double One with hemp protein, and I love the Hardcore One green juice. Everything is certified organic, and it?s locally owned. Easy parking out front, and a super kind and helpful staff.

This place offers fantastic organic vegan smoothies, juice, and smoothie bowls, as well as grab-and-go juices. I tried the Healthy Heart smoothie, and you can check out the menu photos I posted to see the ingredients. I also had the Energy juice, which is easily one of the best juices I've ever tasted. Plus, if you download their app, you’ll get $5 off your next visit! I can't wait to visit all their locations in Nashville and support this amazing spot.

I stopped by because I saw they had a breakfast wrap. And I know it?s not one of the big items that people talk about in their reviews, but it was really good. They use a flat bread and then toast it. It comes out really crunchy and they use all fresh ingredients. I would get it again. I wanted something not as heavy as a breakfast burrito, and this was absolutely perfect.

I asked them to remake it, and the employee had the nerve to charge us again for a bowl that she had mistakenly prepared. We then waited an additional 17 minutes for her to attempt to make another bowl. Unfortunately, she still couldn’t get it right, adding excessive ice and fruit that completely altered the flavor, and yet she still served me another incorrect bowl. By this point, we had been there for nearly an hour, and the employee showed no effort to make our bowls correctly. I was incredibly frustrated, and justifiably so, due to the apparent lack of care and work ethic from the staff. Ultimately, we left and went to the Brentwood location, where they prepared my bowl perfectly. The Franklin location is my absolute favorite, as they always go above and beyond. This incident wasn't about the quality of Clean Juice products; it was about an employee who, frankly, seemed clueless. All the other Clean Juice locations I visit are fantastic and have no issue making my bowl properly. I would advise people to avoid this location and seek out one that genuinely cares about their customers and delivers quality products.

I'm not a local, and the GPS directed me to the wrong side of the street. The girl at the counter wasn't very helpful in guiding me to the location, but it wasn't too much of an issue since I eventually found it on my own. Unfortunately, her demeanor wasn't very warm or friendly when it came to customer service. On a positive note, the smoothie was delicious!
