Contribuisci feedbackThe food can be good when they get the order right, but unfortunately, they often make mistakes. I have a child with food allergies, and I request simple changes. However, over the past four visits, they have gotten it wrong each time, forcing me to go elsewhere for my child’s meal.
I came in with my family, including small children, and we were in the process of placing our order when one of us urgently needed to use the bathroom. We asked if we could access the locked restroom, but the older gentleman behind the counter refused to unlock the door until we had a receipt as paying customers. It was shocking to be treated this way; we were clearly in the middle of ordering and should have been treated with more consideration as paying patrons.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff, both a female and male employee, were quite rude, and it seemed like they were distracted. I placed my order (number 054f58) for a Cheese Quesadilla, but the female employee claimed she couldn't hear me due to my throat issues. Unfortunately, she didn't even acknowledge my order.
The employees are so rude, unfriendly and create a very unwelcoming environment. Mobile orders mean nothing to this location. Corporate should do a surprise visit, I'm sure it will be an eye opening experience.
My order was wrong drive thru person was rude behaved as if my order interrupting their day. A total disaster . I will never order from this location again. I know the drive thru person knew my order received was incorrect just didn't care.
