The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding, and the food is delicious!

Food was disgusting...best part of my $34 meal was the sauerkraut.. and it was mediocre at best.

The chicken was very good. The Spitzel was not. The bread was hard as a brick. Could not eat it. The apple strudel was very good.

I used to love this restaurant before the pandemic. We had made reservations through Open Table but were told upon arrival that they do not actually accept reservations. We decided to seat ourselves without any issues, so it wasn't a big deal, just a slight hiccup in the system. Due to Covid, they have a limited menu which is still good, but if you have been here before, you will miss some of their usual dishes like the red cabbage. Normally, this place is a 5/5, but with the current situation, it was just okay. The server seemed overwhelmed and the food took longer to come out than usual. We will definitely be back, but hopefully by then they will have their full menu and service back to normal. Overall, it is typically a great experience with delicious food.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The music was so loud that we had to go outside to hear each other. The food service was extremely slow and there were no drink refills. The food arrived five minutes before the silverware, so by the time we could eat it, it was already cold. The menu was also very limited. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
