Captain D's - Nashville

My husband and I went to the restaurant for a meal today. The food was fresh and hot, and the cashier was very polite.

I recently visited the Captain D's location and it was the best one I have been to in a while! The restaurant was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was hot and delicious.

Waiting in line in the dining room for 10 minutes to order to be told by a manager that they couldn't sell me the 3 piece chicken and fries that every other Captain D's I've ever ate at sells. The employee at the front was apologetic, the manager was rude. I walked out and will take my business elsewhere.

Dining room still not open… Would like to be able to sit down and enjoy my meal.

I stopped at this place yesterday and my food was cold and my fish was burned. the service is not really great at this point and when I have called to report the problem that I still get a fax machine. I got cold food before this place and replaced my food. also who took my order was rude and had a hoodie on and it is almost 100 degrees here. I gave this place 1 star because I couldn't give them 0. they need serious new management or maybe a new crew that I went through the drive thru. how do I contact?
