Contribuisci feedbackI've ordered from this Chipotle about ten times, with six of those in the past few weeks. Out of those six orders, four were either partially or completely wrong. Each time, I was missing items—drinks, modifications, and most frustratingly, one side of guacamole that I paid for! Today, I found a large chunk of chicken in my barbacoa and rice in my beans (I can't eat guacamole or chips due to dietary restrictions). Vanderbilt Chipotle, I can’t keep defending you on this.
I will never return to this restaurant again. I work for Vanderbilt, and every time I try to eat here on the weekend, I either don’t receive my food because the staff is just standing around, or my order is wrong. This has happened more than once. I spent nearly $25 and didn't get anything, and I still haven't received a refund. It also made me late coming back from my break! This place is awful.
I paid $28 for a quesadilla and a burrito, but they were both subpar and made of chips. The restrooms were locked and required a password, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, it was an unprofessional and disappointing experience.
Rude. I spoke with a hired and rudely interrupted the other. I can't answer at once 2 .food was good. they also forgot my chips n queso and was very rude when I asked. these workers have all terrible attitudes.
Consistently rude staff experience I understand it's fast food, but I had to actually tell the girl she didn't have to be rude when I asked if they had a particular protein. Terrible experience
