Dunkin' - Nashville

Fantastic donut????????. Always like their glazed donut with a cup of hot latte. Wonderful customer service.

Don't waste your money, the service is horrible, the coffee is nasty, the store is dirty, and the staff are slow. I waited 15 minutes for a small cup of coffee and ended up throwing it out.

Customer service is EXCELLENT. Staff work efficiently to complete each customers order. Drinks made look awesome and just like advertised, which is rare in many establishments. Music City Center should be happy about the business this company brings as well as the customer service. Love this store and staff.

Earlier in the week I had ordered Dunkin form door dash. I explained to the team that I had ordered 2 boxes of pumpkin spice k-cups but they only gave me one. No questions asked Taylor Rae grabbed one off of the country and gave it to me! She said she was sorry that it had happened. This is the kind of service you rarely see anymore! I was so grateful and love Dunkin over any other coffee shop for that reason!

Service was fast and friendly. I'm not sure if this is a Nashville thing or just this location, but they do not serve sandwiches. It was drinks, donuts, and basic bagels/muffins.
