El Mojito Mexican - Nashville

The server approached our table appearing groggy, as if he had just woken up, and seemed to struggle to communicate. It gave the impression that he might have been under the influence or simply didn't want to be there. He kept rubbing his eyes and didn’t wash his hands while preparing our drinks or bringing the salsa to the table. Concerned about hygiene, we decided it was best to leave before placing our order. This young man could certainly benefit from some proper training in service etiquette.

El Mojito is a hidden gem in Donelson. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and served promptly. The owners typically handle all the service themselves and are incredibly friendly. We highly recommend El Mojito!

The service was terrible. We are vegetarians and requested a dish that contained only vegetables, but our server, Katherine, was extremely rude and impatient while we were ordering. She also got my son's order wrong twice. To make matters worse, when we were about to leave, we bought two chocolates from their snack selection, and both were expired! Overall, the service and food were disappointing, and I will not be returning.

I absolutely love this place. I have lived in Nashville for over 40 years and I have tasted every Mexican restaurant there is here to eat at. I always order the Burrito Loco and it's the best thing that I have ever eaten bye far!! Good job . Thanks for the good food. Marty. S.

Can someone from this restaurant explain to me what a liquor tax sale is? Why am I paying $3.78 fee on this? Tried to look it up and can 't find out what it is.
