We have the sample plate, lentil soup, lots of Pita bread, Shirazi salad, vegetable kewer. Children also enjoyed it well! Fantastic culinary experience. I just have the suggestion to serve more veggies on the spear...
Started with the Pita bread and Feta cheese appetizer, which was a big start! Then the vegetarian sampler and the rose had infused ice cream that was amazing! Customer service was also great.
One of my visits to Nashville! As you know, we have the largest Kurdish population in all the USA! And House of Kabob has long been a cornerstone in Mediterranean cuisine (Turkish/Kurdish) for Nashville. My guests continue to say that this was their favorite restaurant, and we were too many, from street tacos to upscale restaurants. Your mixed grill plates are delicious and perfect for sharing!
I love the place. But it was packed, got a table as soon as we entered. The place is really busy. Many middle eastern/Iranian people eat. So we knew that the place should be “authentic”. We started with a cup of hot tea, a typical Persian hospitality. I soon felt comfortable and warm. You have some complementary pita with butter and cheese and salad. The salad had only a bunch of Zilantro! That's weird. In other Persian places I saw the salad with basil and white onions. Anyway, they had a few cubes of a white cheese looked like feta, but smells nothing funky). But we loved that. Essentially, we decided to share a record. And we loved it. All kabobs were juicy and soft and tasty, also the chicken cabbages. Usually, the chicken cabbages are dry and tasteless if not properly treated. But the people here did this. Although I felt that their portion size was somewhat less, compared to other Persian restaurants. But yes, nothing to complain. The duck was good. The highlight of the meal was the Persian ice cream. The part was humble, from saffron, rose water and pistachios. It's stellar. The taste and aroma are subtle, not too creamy. It was more towards the Sorbet style, but also not a real sorbet. It wasn't too sweet overall really food gas mix! I recommend the place and do not forget to order the Persian ice cream! Thank you later.
We were looking for Halal options in Nashville and came across this restaurant. The customer service was amazing and the place was super clean and well kept. I got the kubdeh kabob and chicken and it was amazing ! The meat was super tender and flavorful. Everything looked fresh and I would certainly eat here again.
