This place is great! I visited during the busy lunch hour, and the staff provided outstanding customer service. As a picky eater, I often have to customize my sandwich, but they were very accommodating and paid close attention to my order. I appreciated that they don’t prioritize mobile orders over in-person ones. I ordered in-store and received my sandwich promptly, which is vital to me, especially as I’ve been feeling frustrated with online ordering and delivery as a business customer. The bread was incredibly soft and fresh, and the ingredients were top-notch. I also used my birthday reward, and the staff wished me a happy birthday, even commenting on what a wonderful day I had as I was leaving. While some may complain about the location being in Nashville, I'm thrilled to find an affordable sandwich shop when I'm tired of fried food. It’s a budget-friendly spot for the city, away from the honky-tonks, allowing you to enjoy your sandwich in peace.

I want to start by saying that customer service is crucial for me, and I was thrilled to receive excellent service after a long morning spent at a nearby hotel. When I visited the restaurant, my sandwich was prepared right away with great care. It tasted fresh and delicious as well. I'm definitely planning to return during my stay!

I go to many jimmy johns locations and this is by far one of my favorites. the staff seems always busy, but still friendly and friendly. it's always fast!

I had a sandwich delivered to Frost Brown and Todd building in the pinnacle , I'd like to know as to why my delivery driver could not fulfill their responsibility and deliver to the 19th floor , so I had one of my assistant come down 19 flights of stairs to pick the order up and haul it back up the same 19 flights , can someone please explain to me why ? There was not even an offer to meet half way , so let me get this clear , you don't feel a customer is worth fulfilling a commitment to delivery , unless it suits the tip , am I to assume work ethic is not in the forefront of anyone's mind to deliver great customer service , whether it was one sandwich or a catered event
