Kfc - Nashville

I will never eat terrible customer service in this restaurant again. John on the window today (black shirt on so I think management), was very unprofessional and unprofessional. He really didn't care about the growth of the companies. I tried to order extra food for my child, he said? Didn't you just order the speaker? He wouldn't allow me to submit a food order for my child. I was connected to Corporate. I am an area manager for GREAT CLIPS , I manage several salons in the Nashville /Antioch area. The first thing I would do if one of our guests ever reported negative customer service like this one I receive today, WOULD BE TO FIRE THE TEAM MEMBER. Companies should be proud of their customers' happiness. That's the problem, that's a big reason why people cook at home. I understand it, a lack of employees who are going on days now, but keep terrible employees will your business flop! Restaurants Barley made it through the pandemic, business owners should make sure they make great efforts to keep the guest who still show to buy. This is super sad to say unnecessary I went to POPEYES!! Does the chicken love Popeyes?

I am nice to give with this facility 2 stars, but I recently went to this place and there were no COVID-19 hours known that they would close earlier than 10 PM and when I drove thru they said they were closed without explaining why so early. Would not recommend!

Ordered chicken pot cakes and wings deal at the counter. Sweet tea is not in the lobby. Cashier had all orders before my... they were three orders before mine. It took about 8 minutes to get filled after order. The cashier got the order right and asked if I wanted a drink carrier.

I will begin with the positive, that is, that its driving time is appropriate. The Nashville Hot Chicken is not only hot, but swim in red salt oil. The spicy lumps on the chicken but ultimately does not add any taste. Chicken sandwiches are not roasted or even heated above room temperature. The fries are more chewing than crispy and are cold, though I went at 11:30. The Koleslawin is really great. Luckily, I'll keep replacements in my car to eat it.

Idk maybe should've just changed the grease just didn't taste or look appetizing.
