Contribuisci feedbackI couldn't believe how bad these people are. I've been reliant on a lot that's supposed to be. I waited for three and four cars on the side road to get service. Your customer service is really bad. You don't give you your receipt, why? Did you hide anything? Charge more? This McDonalds could practice fraud. Be careful. It seems they don't care about customers. Management should do something like to hire people who really want to work and know how to treat customers. I gave 1 star because I can't give a star because I would.
The staff is very incapable and rude. I asked for a big coke and they blamed me for four sausage biscuits. When I said I wanted nothing else to increase the price they got very bad. One of the workers said rude, I don't know what you want that we can't just reimburse it and ask the manager for a big coke He didn't even tell the manager what was going on and she was unclear. I told her what happened and she asks what I ordered (even if I already told her) and brings back $1.09, although I was charged $5.64. Finally, I was just asking for the rest of my money. No apology, and the staff still gave me an average view in the background. You're the worst!
They tried to give me an old hard Mcmuffin, I had to take it back to get a fresh one, and that took a long time until they delivered it to me, so I went in to get it and it just sat on the counter. Not good for me.
The food was prepared as ordered. There were only 2 employees and although there was something waiting, it was worth it. Kudos to the 2 dedicated and supervised employees
Prepare to wait as they can't process more than one customer at a time. When you try to put an order at the speaker, they won't take your order or take your money until you get to the pick up window. There's no sense to this. Guaranteed that they'll f**k your order up good luck trying to resolve it. There's a whole new crew that is equally ineffective as the last. I wouldn't come here if it wasn't my turn to get lunch for co-workers. My advice is to steer clear! F**k this place.
