Old Hickory Steakhouse At Gaylord Opryland

I had a great experience at this restaurant! They were a bit confused when I mentioned that Open Table guaranteed my reservation, as they don't typically do that. However, they found a table for my party after a 10-minute wait. I hope I still get points for my reservation, even though Open Table didn't actually guarantee it.

The fillet was melt-in-your-mouth tender with a wonderful taste! And the cream brûlée was perfect! Service was excellent! It is dark n he evening, so very romantic, but you can need a flashlight to read the menu!

Definitely recommend! This is one of my top 3 places in the world for a big fillet mignon! I was here twice and both times were fabulous. For the first time, I was overwhelming with a group of army veterans and the staff thanked us for our service and treated our group so great! The second time I came to an anniversary date and had the same great experience. I will say this last time, the only thing I would recommend is that the staff/cooking time of the main course better after the appetizer/salad. Our main course came too fast and we didn't finish our salad when our steak arrived. Overall though I love this place and will come back safely!

But the food was good We have the 30oz Porterhouse to share. It had no taste. And it was so big that it wasn't properly cooked. It wasn't worth $137. We wish we had the new York stripes. The pages and services were fantastic.

I chose this restaurant for my 32nd anniversary dinner with my husband. The atmosphere was fantastic. We enjoyed a sense of privacy thanks to the seating arrangement. The waiter was exceptional, possessing a wonderful personality, positive energy, and great respect. The food was superb and the presentation was lovely.
