It didn't even seem worth it to bring up my concerns with the manager, which is unfortunate because she was the manager.
The personal discriminated against an older man with his service animal. the animal had a correct identification, but he was still forced to eat outside, he took a table of himself in the back corner and was not disturbing everyone who was dog like a angel. her argument was that he didn't wear west, but the law says that if there is a proper documentation, the animal doesn't have to wear a west. ignorant staff. panera should make sure that her personal is aware of the right of men because this is illegal.
We were at the drive-thru with our car when my daughter ordered a scone and mentioned she had a birthday code for it. I ordered a bagel. The girl at the window repeated the order back and included lemonade, but my daughter clarified that she hadn't ordered lemonade. The girl then returned with a bag and said our total was $10 and some change. It seems like she might need more training or could benefit from better focus. The scone was free with the birthday code, and the bagel cost $1.79 plus tax.
Dreadful customer service and very bad attitude on the phone. it took 6 phone calls and long waited each time and 5 shut off before actually talking to someone at 10:15. we called to check the status of a catering order and found it was transferred to another store 25 miles north of the city. we simply asked if they could call the other location and make sure that the delivery will be planned. the type I spoke with was extremely rude and did not want to check for this order. when I called back, the answer was very rude and told me about now that they wouldn't call to check even though no one called us to see if we were in order when our order is delivered. we had delivery problems and just wanted to confirm that it would arrive on time. we will no longer work on catering orders with them in the future. employees need training to manipulate and better customer service. just rude!
Pleasant atmosphere; much better than most Paneras I've visited lately in the Nashville area. The most important thing to me, as I do my work here at times, is that the INTERNET SPEED IS FANTASTIC; over 35 megs: the internet speed has been so slow at other internet sites, that I've had to use my mobile hot spot. Also, there's plenty of elect. outlets. It seems many Paneras just want you to pay for expensive food, and wish you well; not wanting you to stay too long.
