You can conveniently order online, or if you're nearby, you can pick it up at the factory and avoid shipping fees. Be sure to join their email list to stay updated on sales!
On top of that, they offer specialty pasta lines, like Petite Angel Hair Pasta Nests, as well as sauces, healthy grains, and gift boxes. You can order everything through their website or through group sales, which is how I discovered them. I ended up purchasing two packages of their chili and one of their mac and cheese, each costing $8. The chili package came with their homemade pasta and a large spice packet that lets you adjust the heat to your liking. The basic recipe requires a bit of extra work—like adding three cans of beans, a can of diced tomatoes, chopped onion and garlic, some pepper, ketchup, and ground meat. But once you've prepped everything, it all comes together quite quickly. So how was the Classic Chili (it felt more like chili mac)? Let me tell you, it was fantastic! The sauce turned out perfectly, and I loved the flavor and spiciness. I poured in the whole spice packet because I enjoy a good kick, but you can adjust it according to your taste. It was a lot of fun putting this dish together, and as I mentioned, it came out great!
I’ve never encountered better people than John Carey Aron at The Pasta Shoppe. They create the most delicious and uniquely shaped pastas I've ever seen. This small business is founded on integrity, and the small-batch quality along with the personal attention from the owners is truly exceptional. I have worked with The Pasta Shoppe for several years, both personally and professionally, and I have never been disappointed.
The food is excellent and tastes amazing! I’ve been ordering from here for years, and they always deliver on time.
I had a quick experience unloading at the trailer, which was filled with flour bags, and I was out of there in about 40 minutes. Just a heads up: no trucks over 5,000 lbs are allowed on Eugenia Ave, except for local deliveries. Also, be sure to make wide left or right turns when approaching the business, as the area is a bit tight.
