Pizza Hut - Nashville

First the pizza hut mobile appis complete junk, but the ordering normally from their website was user-friendly. Since I have no more trust in the humanity to perform the simplest tasks, I usually expect a complete chaos if I ask for something more than the mere minimum. I had to place a large pizza hat order, to be delivered to my hotel to feed a gaggle of teens, and had not high hopes that everything would come from. I was happy surprised when my order actually arrived on time and was mostly accurate! it was delivered by a friendly doordash driver, and it was still warm. whoever were the hired, who sung on this day and cheesy, I applaud them! it is a sad world in which we live to be shocked to actually get what they have ordered, but they did it and it saved my night!

When we moved to the parking lot, we were not sure they were open. I called and put an order for pickup and told them we were parked outside. mentioned my child with special needs in the car and the sweet girl offered on the phone to bring our order to the car. delicious, fast and unexpected super service!

Our last night in nashville searched our local pizza place for a take-out. this pizza hat was a block away so ideal in this sight. ordered and collected online, although the young lady had a very bad day behind the counter, unless that was her usual demon. she sat over the sanitization of theke without explanation where my order was, so I had to sit like a lemon until she looked fit to check the hot cabinet. Maybe she had bad news this day, so I have to accept that. her side, the pizza was beautiful, thin and crispy as ordered, and the boneless chicken wings were plentiful if not quite on the expected British taste, snobs as we are.? so, ok for a basic bedroom dinner, and reasonable price, but do not expect silver service from the handling staff, or at least one of them.

I called the pizza hat to the west to place an order around 19:20 clock. I was informed by the girl who answered the phone that they were closed. their closing time at the weekend is 9:00 o'clock. I am very disappointed about this pizza hat.

Well, my pizza finally arrived, it took 2x longer than it said on their site (almost 2 hrs from placing online). My biggest peeve is that if they dont answer your call right away, there is NO REASON to wait on hold, they will NEVER answer. Instead, call back, and they MIGHT pick up on the second ring... I learned this after waiting on hold for over 17 minutes on the first call.On the bright side, the pizza and breadsticks were still hot and the delivery person followed the directions.Considering my place was only 1.5 miles from the store, this wait was still extensive. As other reviews have stated, not the best pizza, crust was a little doughy, but after putting it in the oven an extra 15 min, it was decent.Maybe a pro-tip, idk since I didnt use it at this location this time, but it might be better to use a delivery service like Uber Eats for quicker/on-time delivery.
