When we arrived at the parking lot, we weren't sure if the restaurant was open. I called to place a pickup order and informed them that we were parked outside. The service was delicious, quick, and completely exceeded our expectations!

One suggestion I have to make Pizza Hut even better would be to offer discount cards—for example, $5 off a $15 or $20 purchase. You might think this would result in lost revenue, but in reality, it could lead to increased sales in the long run by attracting more customers who appreciate the savings while enjoying high-quality food in a reasonable timeframe. Instead of removing existing special offers, consider how adding these discounts could actually boost your overall sales.
