Contribuisci feedbackSuper cute hotel. Our room was missing a lamp shade and the curtains needed an upgrade, some water damage in the bathroom to the door. However the bed was the most comfortable, pillows were amazing. Hotel was so cute, definitely giving music Nashville vibes. Customer service was great and welcoming.
We arrived late after calling the hotel and letting them know. We reserved a room with 2 bed (there was 3 of us), we were told they did not have any and only had a king size bed. They would bring a roll away up, we waited almost 2 hours for the roll away(finally received at 11:30pm). Had to call front desk again because roll away had not sheets or blankets. We waited until 12:45am never receiving any blankets. So we took the king bed apart so the roll away bed at least had a sheet. The 2 female staff members were very rude the one walked away and never would come back out to talk to us. Very unprofessional. I can't recommend this hotel at all. I know other quest as we were leaving were complaining about a lot of other things also.
Amazing food: best catfish basket Cajun tortellini. The tortellini had the best Cajun cream sauce with Ajou sausage, red peppers spinach. Both dinners were so good not many words were spoke. LOL The catfish has just the right crisp and season on the fish. And Jason, the bar tender, is fantastic man. Always friendly, upbeat makes the best drinks. The chocolate cake is to die for!!!
Don’t be fooled by the outside. The only good thing was the location. The hotel is showing signs of needing repair. From one of the signs on the exterior of the building to the dripping tub faucet in my bathroom (see photo) When we first walked in, we waited for someone to come to the counter. Employees kept walking by without saying anything. Unacceptable. One of the elevators were broken also, which made it feel like a hassle every time. The bathroom tub had hairs in it. The window shades were broken (see photo). Not happy with this place one bit. I won’t be returning. It’s cheaper (not cheap) for a reason.
I felt compelled to write this review specifically to highlight the exceptional service provided by the two front desk staff, Keshina (I hope I've spelled that correctly) and Emily. They went above and beyond in assisting guests, addressing issues with gas cars blocking the electric vehicle charging stations, and even restarting the station to ensure it was operational. Their dedication and care for the hotel guests were evident, and I couldn't have asked for more helpful, respectful, and understanding staff. It's worth mentioning that the hotel does face a significant challenge with gas cars obstructing the EV stations, but the staff truly makes every effort to assist in resolving these issues!
