The service was okay but the drink was trash, I could hear the employees barking at each other from behind the counter! I watch the incompetent soulless employee who didn’t bother to stir my drink or put the pumpkin cold foam seasoning on top as she constantly talked back to her manager. I had a really long day and was looking forward to a nice relaxing refreshment, but to my surprise my day was even more ruined by this venture! Thank you, I hope you take this very harshly and reflect upon the mistakes that were made!
Ordered a drink that was made incorrectly. There were two baristas working. When I brought this to the attention of the one making the drinks (politely) she just stared at me with annoyance and said nothing, zero acknowledgment. I ended up getting back in line to talk to the other barista where I again pointed out the mistake and politely asked for a correction. They eventually fixed it after I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. They were in no hurry. Abysmal customer service.
There’s no seating area at this Starbucks (inside Target) location whatsoever. I’ve been to so many targets that have Starbucks indoors, and they would have some kind of seating for you to rest while waiting for your coffee but this was unusual. Just thought you should know before going in.
I got the ice-brown sugars of the pastry milk shaken expresó and it let me knock. what I am funny
