Starbucks - Nashville

I’ve worked on Broadway for a couple of years now and I understand how Broadway works. This is a coffee shop that has an unwritten policy of the bathrooms being “out of order”. That is utterly ridiculous!These bathrooms have been “out of order” for the entirety of my tenure on Broadway. I understand that there are homeless people in Nashville but you cannot punish your paying customers by refusing to have your bathrooms open on the OFF chance that a homeless person uses the restroom.Needs of the many vs the needs of the few should not have to be a part of a business plan for a coffee shop. How is this allowed by a corporate entity???Staff is consistently rude when asked about the bathroom and barely musters more than pursed lips when taking an order at best. I don’t know why this has been allowed to be the standard culture for this location.Worst location in Nashville.

Oh boy, this location needs some help. I came in the afternoon. It wasn't busy. Maybe four people sitting down, no one in line, and only two mobile orders while I was sitting for an hour. Yet the pastry case was empty, there was no lunch food, the condiment bar was trashed, trash cans overflowing, bathroom blocked off, tables dirty, etc. I sat in the lobby with my drink for about an hour and nothing changed. There were about 4 employees working. When I walked up the counter I stood behind the register. A barista was rinsing coffee urns 3 feet away, but it took her (and I guess everyone else working) to say hello. I've been ordering the same drink and get it at different Starbucks all over North America, but this location charged differently (I was charged for cold foam on a Irish cream cold brew). The barista made my drink and made it wrong so I asked for it to be made again. This is the first time I've ever requested a drink to be made again. During the hour a barista went out the front to take out the trash. I'm not sure why he couldn't take a few minutes to change the trash, wipe a few tables, and peel up the lobby before or after the trash run. It's like the lobby was no one's responsibility.

Slow service worst service at Starbucks I ever had. Restroom out of service. Said coffee was over for the day. Didn’t close for more than an hour.

This Starbucks is the WORST! Nothing available food wise, no napkins restocked at 7 in the morning bathrooms out of order the last two days. No projected opening for bathrooms. Nasty barista's touching all the food without gloves on. Instead go a few blocks to the corner bakery cafe, FABULOUS!

Staff is okay at best. EVERY TIME I go here, the bathrooms are “out of order” which has been at least for the past 2 months. Drinks came out fast, only good part of the experience.
