Steadfast Coffee - Nashville

The potato side prepared by Priscilla were fantastic! Newer on the menu since I last came about a year ago. Aside from that, in general the shop is very good. Lots of seating with outlets and a good place to study, do remote work, and even hang out with friends. Seating inside and outside. WiFi is free. Street parking is free. Coffee menu and what seems to be maybe a change in ownership makes the shop different than previous, however still enjoyable. The drip coffee is decently good. They use 8th and Roast coffee which is okay. I do wish the for here espresso came in a ceramic and not plastic cup, but that’s me just being picky. The coffee menu is not as good as it used to be which focused on the specialty and craft of the coffee experience and quality. I do miss the former coffee flight that highlighted the various ways of tasting coffee. I do wish the staff I interacted with knew a little mote about the coffee sids of things, but maybe that's not the focus anymore which is fine. Overall satisfied with the experience. Food is amazing!

Great coffee, warm environment to work and visit with friends

In the common parlance of the young, the vibes were off and the coffee mid. Took forever to get served, when we did the coffee was aggressively meh. It’s better than Starbucks luckily, but that’s not saying much. I’ve had MUCH better elsewhere in town.

Breakfast tacos with avocado is so delicious! The blt with egg is very good too! They have good bacon so we got an extra side of that and the potato’s are honestly some of the best I’ve had. Very yummy seasoning on them! Ask for their hot sauce! It’s so good. Highly recommend their aged butterscotch latte!
