They appear more concerned with cutting costs on the meat for their sandwiches than on providing quality service. It's unfortunate that they attract many customers due to their location, yet they seem to disregard those who are there to spend their hard-earned money on a simple lunch without feeling like a nuisance. The older, bald manager sets a bad example for the staff in terms of rudeness. Overall, the atmosphere is quite unwelcoming.
I truly hope Subway takes note of these reviews. The attitude of the owner or manager is extremely poor. The salad bowl was barely filled. Normally, I enjoy my visits to Subway, but the staff and management at this location are quite rude.
As a trucker, I recently stopped at this Subway to pick up some steak for my dog. Typically, I visit Subway a few times a week to get a little treat to mix with his kibble, and I've done this all over the country for the past six months. At every other Subway I've been to, I've only been charged for a double meat portion. However, this location tried to charge me $15 for the same thing, and they were quite rude about it. I wouldn’t recommend this Subway to anyone, not even to someone I dislike. A good business is built on quality customer service and the character of its staff, and they lack both. Do yourself a favor and find a place that values your business, because this one certainly does not.
I don't know what makes their sandwiches so special, but I prefer them over any other subway. However, the service is absolutely terrible! The managers are incredibly rude and seem to be only focused on making money. If you ask for your bread to be extra toasted or for extra sauce, they react as if you’ve asked for the moon. And if you haven’t decided what you want yet, they act as if it’s a major inconvenience. Most frustrating is when you request them to change their gloves for religious reasons; I’m tired of explaining that I’m Muslim and cannot eat pork. I once asked for extra sauce, and the employee said they would charge me for inventory! Then they accused me of wanting extra cheese, which was laughable since that wasn't even on the order. How can you charge me for something that doesn’t even register in your system? Additionally, they refuse to let anyone in after 6 PM, despite their closing time being 9 PM. They need to seriously improve their attitude towards customers and prioritize customer satisfaction over their profits.
The young man began explaining the situation to his boss but then handed me the phone so I could finish detailing the issue. Thankfully, he agreed to issue a refund, so I returned the phone to him. However, there were complications processing the refund, so he went to get his female coworker again. She took over the refund process, and once it was complete, she slid the receipt across the counter without saying a word. As a loyal customer, I have to say I'm disappointed and will not be returning. Allen, if you are the owner or manager, I kindly urge you to take better care of your customers and train your staff to treat paying patrons with respect.
