Subway - Nashville

It's subway. It's what I wanted, it's what I got. If you're reading Subway reviews then...welcome to earth. We have Subways and they sell Subway sandwiches. Go anywhere on this big blue planet and you will find one. Expect Subway

The staff was friendly, but the restaurant was dirty. The bathrooms were in poor condition and the drink station was not well-maintained. It's understandable that it's a public use area, but it's the restaurant's responsibility to keep it clean. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

This restaurant has really declined in quality. The staff is rude and seem uninterested in their job. They put sandwiches together sloppily and often get your order wrong. I've had a consistently bad experience each time I've visited in the last 6 to 12 months. It's a shame, as it used to be good.

The customer service is not very friendly and there are instances when they do not have certain items available, despite being expected to have them in stock.
