Contribuisci feedbackOne of the two employees was asleep and the other one told me he could only take my order because he had just cleaned up. When I went to the Mount Juliet location, the woman there told me the same thing. They were not open at 5am because they were being lazy.
They need to hire better workers. The chef was good. They should train their staff better so that they can provide better service.
This restaurant was dirty and the staff was rude, none of them were wearing masks. I waited for over 30 minutes to be seated and left feeling disappointed. I was happy to see this place open on my way home, but the waitress, who was blonde and overweight with glasses, was incredibly rude. I'm not sure why she works in customer service with such awful service. The chef, who was white and wearing a blue and white uniform, also seemed like he hated his job. I grew up in a family-owned waffle house and this is by far the worst experience I've had. I will not be returning to this place.
Janet and ashley were the best. I do not admit that the customer service was on this world. they crazy eme feel welcome and eating was fast. the man ashley wanted to come back. I give this place a 5 star.
First off it was only place open during the snow storm so there's one positive and the food was great also
