It's neither bad nor great; it meets expectations. Every time I go, there's always a long line in the drive-thru. I decided to try ordering through the app, and my order was ready as soon as I arrived. This was the first time I had a smooth experience ordering via an app at a fast-food restaurant.

We visited this restaurant for the first time recently and had a fantastic experience. The chicken salads were delightful and fresh, and the kids' portions were just right. The service was efficient and attentive. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

That's not the best zaxbys I've ever done, but it's pretty good.
