I guess southern hospitality didn't make it here. Website said closes at 9. Just before 8 one of the workers just walked around the drive-thru using the international symbol of offing someone by drawing his hand across his neck to let everyone know they were deciding to close. No apology no nothing great job!

Had a lady starting a fight with the staff,they handle it very well

Staff is wonderful! They’re always so nice and they greet me with a smile every time I come which is almost everyday… my food is always fresh,this location to me is the best one in Nashville. I give 10 stars!

With only 3 cars ahead of me. Drive thru is continously slow and hardly ever acknowledge you at the speaker to let u know one way or the other that they are backed up, short staffed, or even care that you've been sitting there for 5 mins before they even say hello. so after u finally place your order, you'd think for the wait food would be fresh and hot! no! RE-DIPPED fish and the okra was soggy Times when I really wanted that Captain D's taste was again ruined by the horrible I don't give … – show

So disappointing. How ain't they not gonna have buns on a Sunday for the fish sandwiches they're promoting. Not yo mention it took 35min to get thru to get my order which they messed up. Worst place in madison
