Convenient for walkers (on the campus of Belmont University), friendly staff, fast service, food always ultra fresh because of steady stream of students, not open for breakfast.

No coke products. I literally chose to come here to get a coke No parking No drive thru Unprofessional employees (they were more concerned with each other than the customers)

Although the food was good the place is not convenient unless you're walking. Once you get a parking and make your way into the store you're told you can only order with a mask on which is ok but that's the only time it's on and they don't supply one so have it handy. When you order make sure to look at the menu because they don't offer all of it. Once you have selected and want to pay they do not accept gift cards or cash. Card only. The employees at this location are the rudest I have ever com across. I’ve eaten here several times and they always have a bad attitude which is so different from my usual experience at a chic fil a. Very disappointed.

Mask mandate not posted. Employees rude about it. Spent my elsewhere.
