Drove back for the item which I received, however when asking if it was possible to get reimbursed for the item since I drove all the way back for an issue that should not have occurred in the first place I was met with no other solutions than just receiving the item itself. Unfortunate since they weren’t that busy for a Saturday to have missed the item in the first place. When I had asked the supervisors if there were any alternative solutions, they also swapped the managers delivering me the message since I’m assuming the other did not want to break the bad news. I don’t blame either of them since I’m sure it’s part of policy, but I do take it as a reflection on the owner and management team as a whole when there was no real accountability taken and that the emphasis seems to be on ensuring that there are no refunds for foods that failed to be delivered initially. Hope this changes in the future.
Car side takes 20min to get your food. They prioritize drive thru, then you get cold food and melted ice cream.
Not my favorite Chick-fil-A but it is close to the house. If you get here there will be a long line in a drive through but if you think going in will make it faster it won't. They will still have no line but 1 person working and still make you wait. But food was good
Very busy location. The staff is always great regardless of other limitations.
This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Normally Chick-fil-A has hot fresh food at all locations. Not tonight. My nuggets were extremely dry. Someone from corporate needs to visit this location. There was so many employees no excuse for dry old nuggets. I am so disappointed it in the combo I purchased tonight. I called the store no one answered the phone.
